We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible - this depends on whether the item is held at Endless or with the seller. The delivery options available to you will appear at the checkout.

Delivery timings - Endless
4 hour delivery available in Dubai only (order before 6pm)

Same day delivery is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Cut off time is 3pm for Dubai and 1pm for the other emirates.

Next day delivery available in all emirates (order before 10pm).

Delivery timings - Seller
For all items that are held by the seller, we aim to deliver within 1-3 days of placing the order, however, we can not guarantee this as it is dependent on the sellers availability.

Returns policy

We do accept returns, however, since we pay our sellers soon after the item is delivered, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery for a rental and 24 hours of delivery for a purchase for this to be accepted. The cost of the return shipping is 25 AED which will be deducted from the refund.

If the item is damaged or significantly not as described, the return shipping fee will be waived and you shall receive a full refund.
