As more women choose to shop and sell with purpose, the Endless community continues to grow and evolve.
Meet the new face behind this movement: Anna, our new Community Manager, whose passion for people and love for fashion make her the perfect addition to the Endless team.
With a background in curating meaningful experiences in Dubai’s hospitality scene, Anna brings a fresh, vibrant energy to the way we connect with our community. Her mission? To make every renter and lister feel like they’re part of something bigger than just circular fashion.
We sat down with Anna to ask her some of our burning questions...
Q: You’ve worked in events and hospitality - how does your previous experience help you build connections at Endless?
Being able to anticipate a guest's needs is really important, we should always be working one step ahead. When creating a personalised, unique experience, the detail is what sets you apart from the competition. My previous hospitality experience has also helped me understand the importance of having good relationships with partnering brands and venues. I know that their needs are just as important as ours, and to value their business alongside Endless is a crucial element in making strong and lasting connections within the industry. Building connections doesn’t happen after just one conversation, it’s a continued showing of interest, being attentive, welcoming, and reliable, everything I want Endless to be known for.
Q: What does a truly meaningful brand experience look like to you?
For me, I look to see if every detail has been thought of, brand events should be an experience I couldn’t even imagine recreating. Everywhere you look should hint to the brand, a ‘wow they’ve really thought of everything’ moment. Brand experiences should make you want to live what they’re selling, be a part of something bigger than just buying or renting their clothes. It should encourage you to join the brand, to be a part of the family. Successful branded events are how you turn small support networks into a committed community following.
Q: How do you hope to make women feel when they interact with Endless - whether they're listing an item or attending an event?
Knowing your worth is something you’ll hear me say a lot. Everyone looks to feel valued, and when you’re contributing to a brand's success, this shouldn’t be any different. I want our community to feel valued and appreciated every step of the way, no matter how they are contributing to our success. Dubai can be a very lonely place, and to have a community with regular events where you can arrive on your own, but never feel alone, is a huge driver for me and my approach to building our Endless community.
Q: What’s your vision for how we bring people together - not just to shop, but to create connections and meaningful experiences?
My goal for the Endless community is to create one massive friendship circle. A place where we acknowledge, support and celebrate each other. I’d love to hear of people meeting up and making friends through our channel, using our community events as their regular catch ups and coffee dates. Building a community with a group of people you can confidently invite new brands and new friends into is when I know I’ve done my part.
Q: What’s your favourite part of working in fashion that isn’t about the clothes?
I studied Fashion Image Making and Styling at University. We were always encouraged to create projects with a deeper meaning, images that evoked thoughts and were relatable, on a surface or much deeper level. Everything in fashion tells a story, and the way you style yourself is how you tell your story. Fashion will always encourage deeper meaning, and you can’t learn of those meanings without connecting to it first.
Q: If you could describe the future of Endless in three words, what would they be?
Exciting, Collaborative, Sisterhood
We can’t wait to see what 2025 and beyond holds with Anna leading the way with our events - the future of Endless is looking brighter than ever.
