UAE delivery times

• Items managed by Endless will be shipped according to the delivery method chosen at checkout. These items will have ‘Same day delivery available’ on the product page. 
• Items that are managed by the owner will typically be delivered within 1-2 days. However, this is subject to the sellers availability.
• 2-hour delivery is only available within Dubai City - excludes remote areas including Jebal Ali, DIP, Dubai South, DAMAC Hills.

International delivery times

• International orders are typically delivered within 10 working days. However, Endless is not responsible for delays as a result of customs processes.

Delivery cost

• The methods we offer are:
  • Standard: 25 AED - All emirates
  • 2-hour: 75 AED | Order 10am - 5pm (Mon - Sat) - Dubai

General

• We ask that all of sellers to make the item available for delivery within 24 hours of the purchase and we aim to deliver these within 1-2 days, however, this is dependent on the seller's availability. 
• Since these items come direct from the seller, packaging may very. However, we do ask our sellers to package the items in a secure and presentable way. 
• As it is likely each item in your order will come from a different seller, there may be a delivery charge per item, rather than per order. If your items come from the seller and direct from Endless, you may not have the option to select the same day delivery option. If this is the case and you need an item quickly, please just drop our team a message at hello@endless.ae or on Whatsapp.
