Refund policy

General Terms

We want to ensure you are happy with your order so we do accept returns for items. However, since we are a peer-to-peer platform and make payments to the owners soon after the item has been delivered, returns can only be accepted if we are notified within 4 hours of delivery.

The item must then be made available for our courier to collect immediately. If the item isn't made available for the courier to collect on the same day the return is approved, we cannot guarantee the return will be accepted. Where delivery was delayed by Endless or its courier partner, the return window begins from the time of successful delivery.

Item damaged or not as described

If the return is due to the item being damaged or significantly not as described in the listing, please let our team know within 4 hours of receiving the item. Our team may request photos to validate the reason. Once approved by our team, the return shipping fee will be waived, and you will receive a full refund.

 

Return shipping fee

The return shipping fee of 25 AED per item (each item will be sent direct to each seller) will be deducted from the refund amount. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge (except where the item is damaged or significantly not as described).

If the order has been cancelled after the items have been collected by the courier, the return shipping fee will also apply.

 

International orders

We are unable to accept returns on international orders. 

 

Starting a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please place your request here. You can also contact us at hello@endless.ae or on Whatsapp if you have any queries. Please make sure to contact us within 4 hours of receiving the item. 

Once approved by the team, we shall arrange the collection of the item and communicate the shipping details with you. If our courier fails to collect the item on the agreed day, we will rebook the collection within 24 hours.

Endless reserves the right to reject a return if the item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to contact us within 4 hours of receiving the item.

Endless is not liable for items that are lost or damaged after successful delivery has been made. Where there is sufficient evidence that an item was delivered to the correct address, the customer will be liable for any loss or damage that occurs after that point.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, swimwear, any product that mentions in the product description that returns are not accepted, or any item from The Vault (our edit of items priced under 250 AED). All Vault items are final sale, regardless of how they were purchased.

 

Refunds

Returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
