We are looking for
We are hiring an experienced, fashion-loving customer happiness assistant for the Endless Hub - a physical space that blends designer rentals, curated resale, coffee, co-working, and community events. This role will champion the in-store and online customer experience, manage operations to an impeccable standard, and bring Endless to life through warm, stylish service and content-worthy moments.
You are

You have
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion service, or boutique hospitality
- Strong personal sense of style and genuine love for circular fashion
- Strong organisation skills, are polished and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being confident
- Hands-on and detail-obsessed attitude - no request too small, no standard too low
You will
- Be the face of the Endless Hub: welcome guests, stylists, creators, and community members daily
- Manage client styling appointments and offer a seamless luxury experience (offline + online)
- Ensure boutique standards are exceptional at all times - merchandising, cleanliness, order
- Handle operational tasks (stock check-in/out and liaising with our delivery riders in a fast-paced environment to ensure our customers receive best-in-class service)
- Collaborate on in-store content creation (Reels, behind-the-scenes, capsule launches)
- Support community programming and in-person events at the Hub
- Maintain high levels of customer service via WhatsApp, email, and in-person interaction
