Endless · Summer 2026
Endless Summer
Internship.
Six weeks. Real projects. Actual impact.
About the Programme
Real
work.
Real
startup.
Endless is a circular fashion rental and resale platform based in Dubai. We are an early-stage startup. Every function is small, hands-on, and open.
Interns join a specific track and own real projects from week one. You work directly alongside the team, get visibility across the whole business, and leave with something you actually built.
There are no coffee runs or shadow roles here.

How it works
Flexible by track.
Clear in shape.
Every placement follows three phases. The day-to-day depends on your track and the project scoped in week one.
Onboarding (Weeks 1 to 2)
Meet the team, get set up, understand the business, and scope your project with your track lead.
Execution (Weeks 3 onwards)
Own your project. Weekly check-ins with your lead. Mid-point review to adjust or expand scope.
Wrap-up and demo (final week)
Finalise deliverables, document for handover, and present to the full team including founders.
Bi-weekly Founders Office Hours with Rosie and Chris are open to all interns.
Who we are looking for
Students and grads who get things done.
We are not looking for the most polished CV. We want people who pay close attention, take initiative, and are curious about how a business works.
Attention to detail
You catch things others miss. You take care in your work.
Initiative
You move forward without being told. You figure things out.
Comfort with ambiguity
You have worked with minimal direction before and handled it.
Fashion interest
You understand the industry as a business, not just as a consumer.
Clear communication
You write and speak well and keep pace in a fast team.
Exceptional interns will be considered for a continued role at Endless following the programme. We are always open to keeping strong people on.
