Terms & Conditions
By renting with Endless, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. You will pay a 15% service fee to Endless for order management, including delivery coordination, returns processing, dispute resolution, and item collection/cleaning
2. You authorise Endless to perform online ID verification
3. You authorise Endless to charge the payment card, up to the full value of the market value of the item, in the event of the item being damaged beyond repair or not returned
4. You authorise Endless to charge the payment card late fees if the item is not returned on time. We allow a 2 day grace period before fees are applied
5. You must report any existing damaged or marks upon delivery within 24 hours to avoid liability
6. You are responsible for maintaining the item's condition and will be liable for repair or replacement costs for any damage or loss
7. Returns are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, and requests outside the specified timeframes may be denied
8. You will ensure the item is securely packaged and available for collection on the rental's final day, or late fees may apply
9. Endless's delivery timelines are guidelines, and we are not liable for any consequences of late deliveries.
