An EA or RG Brand Assistant to Rosie Gunn (our Founder) to support the day-to-day management and growth of Rosie’s personal brand. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves content, organisation, and storytelling - and who takes pride in doing things properly.

You’ll work directly with Rosie, supporting across social media, content creation, editing, website upkeep, newsletters/Substack, podcast co-ordination, events, and brand admin. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to building a founder-led personal brand alongside a fast-growing fashion-tech business.

• Support Rosie with Instagram & TikTok (planning, posting, editing, captions, scheduling, engagement)
• Assisting with content creation including short-form video editing and basic graphic work
• Managing newsletter / Substack drafts, formatting, and publishing
• Supporting podcast production (episode coordination, notes, uploads, clips)
• Helping organise and support events, talks, and brand moments
• Keeping content calendars, ideas, and assets organised
• General personal brand admin to ensure everything runs smoothly and consistently
