A polished, confident, and retail-savvy Boutique Associate to be the face of Endless in-store. This is not a transactional retail role. It’s about delivering an elevated, personalised experience - styling clients, maintaining impeccable store standards, and ensuring every touchpoint feels premium.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day boutique operations while helping bring the Endless community to life in-store.

At least 2 years’ experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality, with a strong understanding of client experience. Experience in fashion retail or a boutique setting would be a bonus.

• Be the face of Endless in-store, delivering a premium, personalised client experience
• Provide styling advice and wardrobe guidance to clients
• Maintain exceptional store standards - including visual merchandising, hanger alignment, folding, steam prep and presentation
• Oversee boutique organisation, stock management and day-to-day store operations
• Process rentals, concierge services and customer queries with accuracy and care
• Support and host in-store events, community activations and pop-ups
• Assist with clienteling and building long-term customer relationships
• Ensure the boutique always feels inviting, elevated and on-brand
• Collaborate with the wider Endless team to improve in-store experience and drive sales
• Step into additional hostess or event support when required
