We are looking for
A strategic yet hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale the Endless brand across all marketing channels. This role is central to how Endless shows up in the world - from social media and campaigns to community, creators, and brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, shaping the voice, image, and energy of Endless as we scale. This is not a “sit back and manage agencies” role, we’re looking for someone who thinks big and executes brilliantly.

You will
- Own and implement the Endless brand marketing strategy across all channels
- Champion the brand's circular DNA and be the guardian of the brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Lead social media strategy with a strong focus on TikTok (growth) and Instagram (brand + conversion)
- Drive personality-led, behind-the-scenes, founder and community content
- Lead and inspire a high-performing internal and external creative team
- Push creative boundaries and set new industry standards for how Endless engages with its community
- Oversee daily content cadence, trends, experimentation, and performance
- Lead campaign planning and execution (launches, pop-ups, collaborations)
- Build and nurture the Endless community online and offline
- Track performance, share insights, and optimise based on results
- Identify emerging creative trends, technologies, and communication channels to maintain the brand’s cutting-edge status
