We are looking for a freelance videographer/editor to help us bring the Endless experience to life through beautiful, intentional content. This role will play a key part in shaping our visual identity - capturing the real moments, BTS, shoots, and community that power the brand. This role could evolve into a full-time opportunity for the right person.

Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
• Strong experience in video retouching, colour correction, motion graphics, and optimisation for social
• Confidence in being a storyteller with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly
• Expert-level skill in audio editing skills and technical troubleshooting (sound is key)
• High attention to detail in both visual and audio editing

Desirable

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with camera systems
• A background in the fashion industry or experience capturing fashion shoots and styling
• Commercial experience
• Basic photography skills

• Film and edit content across Endless events, pop-ups, campaign shoots, content shoots and behind-the-scenes moments
• Help us with potential podcast and youtube channel
• Create engaging, elevated short-form content (Reels, TikToks, trailers, interviews, founder-led content)
• Collaborate with our team to develop concepts, storyboards, and quick-turn video edits
• Translate our brand tone into beautiful, compelling video that feels effortless and aspirational
• Ensure consistency and high-quality production across all visual content
• Support community programming and in-person events at the Hub
• Maintain high levels of customer service via WhatsApp, email, and in-person interaction
