The first month of Endless Club membership tends to follow a pattern, based on what members who've been through it describe.
Week one is usually the hardest, choosing a first event. Most first-timers go for something lower-pressure, a co-working afternoon or a wellness class, over a full social event, because it's easier to show up to something with a built-in activity than to walk into a room built purely for mingling.
Week two is where it clicks. "I'm usually the person who stays quiet in group settings, but at Endless I never felt awkward," one member said of her early weeks. "The conversations just happened naturally." By the second or third event, faces start repeating, and a first event stops being a cold start.
By week three or four, most members have found the one or two event types they keep coming back to, whether that's a specific wellness class, the Power Series talks, or a co-working day, and started using at least one brand partner perk, since therapy, beauty, and wellness discounts tend to get used quickly once members realise they're there.
By the end of month one, the membership has usually either proven itself through repeat events and a couple of new faces, or it hasn't been used enough to judge yet, which is really a nudge to book the next thing on the calendar rather than wait for the "right" event.
New members moving to Dubai with zero existing network see this pattern fastest: "I literally moved here two weeks ago and didn't know anyone. I went to an Endless event and it was so easy to talk to people," as one member put it.
