Our items belong to real owners in our community, so we keep a 4-hour return window. Just let us know within 4 hours of delivery and our courier will collect it the same day. It helps us look after our owners' pieces and keep them in great condition for the next person. A 25 AED return shipping fee applies.

If you're unlikely to be in when your order arrives, tell us in advance and we'll plan the delivery around you.

And if an item arrives not as described, the return fee is waived and you'll receive a full refund.
