We are looking for
We’re looking for a Fashion Manager to lead and grow our direct brand relationships - acting as the link between Endless and the incredible brands and designers we have direct partnerships with.
This is a dynamic, commercially-focused role at the heart of our marketplace model. You’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing our brand partners - ranging from sought-after female founded local brands, premium high-street names to premium and luxury labels. You'll work closely with each partner to ensure their collections thrive on our platform, building smart, mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth and long-term value.
This is not a traditional buying role - we don’t buy stock. But experience in buying, merchandising, sales or brand management is a major plus, particularly if you’ve already built relationships within the industry.

You have
- 3+ years experience in a relevant role - buying, merchandising, brand partnerships, or sales (marketplace experience is a bonus)
- Strong commercial instinct with a creative eye for curation
- Existing relationships with contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion brands - or the tenacity to build them
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving start-up environment
- Confidence managing multiple brand accounts with care, rigour and energy
- Belief in the future of circular fashion and want to be part of that change
You will
- Own and grow our direct brand partnerships strategy, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing account management
- Identify relevant brands that align with our platform and values, and bring them onto Endless in a seamless and collaborative way
- Act as the key point of contact for all partner brands - building strong, supportive and commercially savvy relationships
- Ensure brand performance on the platform is optimised through regular reviews, product curation, pricing insights and marketing collaboration
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities, feeding insights into wider business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing and operations teams to bring brand stories to life and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay ahead of fashion and retail trends, spotting opportunities to enhance our brand offering
