At endless, we believe every detail matters - from how we welcome our clients to the stories behind the people who make it all happen. This month, we sat down with two of the newest members of our growing team: Lexi, our Chief of Staff, and Chan, our PR Manager. Both bring fresh energy, creative vision, and a shared love for all things Endless.
- Lexi, tell us a bit about your role as Chief of Staff. What does your day-to-day look like?
No two days are ever the same â which is exactly what I love about it. My role as Chief of Staff is essentially about being the connector across the business, the person who ensures everything and everyone is moving in sync. One day I might be deep in strategy meetings with the founders, aligning on upcoming launches and partnerships, and the next Iâll be reviewing creative campaigns, overseeing team structure, or fine-tuning internal operations to make sure things run as seamlessly as they look from the outside.
Thereâs a huge element of communication, structure and intuition involved â itâs about knowing when to lead, when to listen, and how to bring ideas to life while keeping the bigger picture in focus. Itâs a fast-paced environment, but thatâs where I thrive: spinning a lot of plates, staying two steps ahead, and making sure the vision translates into action across every department.
- Chan, what does your role as PR Manager involve?
My role is all about shaping how the brand is seen, felt, and talked about. I manage our overall communications strategy, from securing meaningful media coverage, crafting compelling narratives that reflect who we are and what we stand for. Itâs a mix of storytelling, strategy, and relationship building. The ultimate goal is to build visibility, credibility, and emotional connection with our audience.
- What was it about Endless that made you want to join the team?
Lexi: From the moment I met Rosie, Chris and the team, I could feel the energy, it was creative, ambitious and refreshingly forward-thinking. Endless isnât just another company, itâs a brand with a point of view, a pulse, and a purpose. The vision to build something truly dynamic â where content, community and experience all intersect instantly resonated with me.
I was drawn to the fact that itâs not afraid to do things differently. Thereâs this mix of strategy and spontaneity that feels very alive, and I love that the culture encourages people to think big, move fast, and constantly evolve. For me, it felt like the perfect environment to bring all sides of my experience together, operations, brand, and people, and help shape something with real longevity and impact.
Chan: Iâve always known I wanted to work in this industry, so Endless instantly stood out to me. After meeting Chris and Rosie, I could immediately sense their passion and drive to build something truly special. What drew me in most is that the concept goes far beyond fashion, itâs about redefining how women shop and express themselves, with a strong sense of community at its core. I love how the brand fuses luxury and purpose in such a modern, relevant way. Endless is at a really exciting stage of growth, and itâs inspiring to be part of a team thatâs so hands-on and collaborative, with everyone contributing to shaping whatâs next.
- Whatâs been your first impression of the team culture at Endless?
Lexi: Honestly, itâs been such a breath of fresh air. The culture at Endless feels genuinely collaborative â thereâs this brilliant balance of drive and creativity, but without the ego that sometimes comes with it. Everyoneâs got their lane, but thereâs a real sense of shared ownership and pride in whatâs being built.
Whatâs struck me most is how open and fast-moving it is. Ideas donât sit on a whiteboard for weeks, theyâre discussed, refined, and executed. Thereâs this collective âletâs make it happenâ mentality thatâs infectious. At the same time, thereâs a warmth to the environment. People celebrate wins, support each other, and actually enjoy what they do. Itâs rare to find a team thatâs both ambitious and grounded, but Endless really does have that sweet spot.
Chan: Itâs such an inspiring environment, collaborative, fast-paced, and full of creative energy. Everyone genuinely believes in the mission and brings their own unique perspective to the table. Thereâs this refreshing balance of ambition and authenticity, where ideas are valued. Itâs the kind of team that makes you want to bring your best every day.
- What Endless rental has caught your eye so far?Â
Lexi: Iâm absolutely obsessed with the bridal edit on Endless right now-Â and one piece in particular has completely caught my eye: the stunning Alaia Bridal Gown.
It's timeless, romantic, and that kind of effortlessly elegant that doesnât try too hard. I rented my own wedding dress, so seeing more women embrace that idea feels so refreshing. Itâs such a modern, sensible way to do things. You get your dream dress for the day, without the guilt of it sitting in a cupboard forever.
Whatâs clever about Endless, though, is that theyâve thought of everything â if you fall in love and canât part with it, you can actually buy it too. So really, itâs the best of both worlds â sustainable, smart, and still completely magical.
Chan: There are so many pieces I love, but the Rat & Boa dresses are my favourite. Theyâre so my style, a perfect mix of bold and feminine.
- What does âEndlessâ mean to you personally?
Lexi: For me, Endless represents possibility. That feeling that thereâs always more to create, explore and evolve into. Itâs not just a name, itâs an energy. Thereâs something really powerful about building a brand that doesnât fit neatly into one box â itâs fluid, multi-dimensional and constantly pushing boundaries.
On a personal level, it aligns with how I see life and work, never static, always growing. Whether itâs through the people we collaborate with, the brands we champion, or the ideas we bring to life, thereâs a sense of movement and momentum that feels genuinely exciting. Endless to me is about curiosity, connection and ambition â the belief that if you stay open, creative and brave, there really are no limits.
Chan: To me, Endless is all about joy and self-expression. It gives women the freedom to experiment with style and feel part of a community that truly gets fashion. Itâs also inspiring to work alongside a team thatâs so genuinely passionate about what they do, it makes the brand feel authentic in every sense.
