We'll deliver your order to your door, collect it at the end of the rental and then professionally clean it - so you just need to enjoy wearing it!

Worried about it not fitting? Don't worry! We accept returns for any reason, however, we need to collect the item from you the same day to return it to the owner. So just let us know within 4 hours of delivery and our courier will collect it from you. There is a 25 AED shipping fee applied to send it back to the owner.
Please note that items purchased through The Vault or are under AED 250 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the item is damaged or significantly not as described, the return shipping fee will be waived and you shall receive a full refund.
