Same day delivery is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Cut off time is 3pm for Dubai and 1pm for the other emirates.

Next day delivery available in all emirates (order before 1pm).

Returns policy

We do accept returns, however, since we pay our sellers soon after the item is delivered, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery for this to be accepted. The item must then be made available for our courier to collect it on the same day. The cost of the return shipping is 25 AED which will be deducted from the refund.

If the item is damaged or significantly not as described, the return shipping fee will be waived and you shall receive a full refund.
