This covers the repair of any minor wear and tear - whether this is a lost button, loose threads or damaged hem, we've got you covered.

Any substantial damage that can't be repaired may still incur a charge, however, this literally never happens.

With endless, you can buy with the confidence that should you receive an item that is not as described, we will issue a full refund.

We are committed to ensuring we only have authentic products available on the website and require proof of authenticity for luxury items before they're accepted on the platform.

We review each product before it is approved and take action against any seller misrepresenting their items. Selling fake designer items is illegal and we take this matter very seriously.

Customers have 24 hours to report any issues with the item so if you have any concerns about anything, please do get in touch as soon as possible after receiving the item so that we can investigate.
